Intelligent Welding Control System
SmartWeld software system is an independently developed system, primarily designed to achieve intelligent programming and control of robots and welding systems for smart welding through deep integration with robots, welding machines, and external sensors. The system features mature camera-assisted recognition for welding intelligent programming and two modes: 3D CAD-based intelligent recognition of welds and generation of welding programs. The system software can automatically identify welds and plan welding sequences, then automatically generate robot welding programs. It initiates the line laser sensor to scan the welds to be joined, drives the robot to weld along the planned path, eliminating the need for any on-site teaching, and enables one-button automatic welding start.
SmartWeld software allows for arbitrary planning of welding sequences for workpieces and offers the flexibility to choose any size of weld legs. The software itself comes with a comprehensive basic process library of welding expertise.
The software is deployed on a PC system, which can be placed anywhere. With a wireless router, remote control is possible, allowing direct operation of on-site equipment for welding from the office.
