Excellent sound absorption: The box-type side baffle can be opened according to the shape and length requirements of the workpiece, with an opening angle up to 180°. The proprietary impeller structure, developed through in-house simulation calculations, ensures a high-efficiency fan that boasts high wind pressure, strong suction, low noise, and low energy consumption. Both the bottom and front of the worktable have air inlets, effectively controlling the dispersion of dust.
The equipment features a semi-enclosed dust suppression structure with a labyrinthine side suction plate for preliminary separation of large particle dust. Additionally, the air volume distribution between bottom and side suction can be reasonably allocated based on the dust splatter status.
