Design variations. Since changing rooms are non-cleanroom environments, although there are strict management regulations, the air is not classified as clean air flow. During non-working hours, dust-free suits stored in clean cabinets do not reduce external air contamination. Clean cabinets equipped with centrifugal fans and filters, and a downward airflow with positive pressure, can prevent external air contamination. They can be designed as a combination of wardrobe and shoe cabinet or as separate units. If designed as a unit, the shoe compartment should have ventilation holes on the back, and odor issues must be considered; typically, activated carbon is added for filtration.
Third, the materials differ. Clean cabinets, including wardrobe and shoe cabinets, are designed to be dust-free, non-dusty, and easy to clean. The main frame is made of steel plate powder-coated paint or all stainless steel, with a smooth, flat surface and no weld marks. The hanging rod is made of stainless steel, and the shoe racks are double-layer boards焊接 with no visible gaps, ensuring dust-free. Clean cabinets can also be divided into manual sliding doors and curtain doors. The regular shoe cabinets in changing rooms are also made of stainless steel or powder-coated materials.
