Weld cladding wear-resistant pipes are made with steel pipes as the base material. The wear-resistant alloy is metallurgically bonded to the base material through a special cladding melting process, forming a double-layered weld cladding wear-resistant pipe with a wear-resistant alloy layer of 3~15mm on the base pipe surface. These pipes offer excellent wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, impact resistance, and high toughness, with excellent resistance to mechanical thermal shock and are easy to install. They are mainly used in large cutter suction dredgers, bucket dredgers, etc., particularly suitable for wear caused by larger particle materials, such as metallurgical slag systems, waste well filling, and ore dry material conveying. Compared to other wear-resistant pipes, this product has a longer service life and is cost-effective. Alloy type: Iron-based high-chromium alloy; Chemical composition: C: 4~5%; Cr: 28~31%; Hardness: 58~63HRC.
