When selecting cutting blades for aluminum alloy, consider the material of the cutting material and the thickness to choose the blade tooth pattern and number of teeth. Generally, 100 teeth are used for aluminum profiles with a thickness of 3-8mm, while 120 teeth blades are mostly used for cutting aluminum profiles with a thickness of 3mm or less. These two types of blades are also commonly used in the aluminum industry. The blade outer diameter and hole diameter are usually determined by the cutting equipment chosen by the customer. Another factor is the blade thickness; a thickness of 3.2mm is a standard thickness for 405 blades. We also offer a thin blade with a thickness of 2.5mm, which is very suitable for cutting industrial aluminum profiles.
Main aluminum cutting machines include:
Manual aluminum cutting machine
Simple aluminum cutting machine, easy to operate; requires manual pressing down the machine head to cut the material. Available at most market hardware stores.
Semi-automatic aluminum cutting machine
The semi-automatic aluminum cutting machine includes gas-oil conversion and hydraulic models, produced by a professional aluminum cutting machine manufacturer. The two models have different working performance. The gas-oil conversion model offers high precision in cutting sections and smaller material dimensions, while the hydraulic model has lower precision and cuts larger material dimensions. The semi-automatic aluminum cutting machine only requires the operator to give a signal, after which the machine automatically completes the clamping and cutting actions. The signal devices include button-style, pneumatic foot pedal, and electric foot pedal.

Fully Automatic Aluminum Cutting Machine
Fully automatic aluminum cutting machine controlled by PLC programmable memory for machine components. Once set up, simply turn on the switch, and the machine will automatically complete functions such as material clamping, cutting, feeding, and counting, with high work efficiency and processing accuracy.
