The salt bath tempering furnace is a periodic operation furnace, mainly used for heat treatment of metal parts in salt melt. The salt bath tempering furnace consists of two parts: the furnace body and the electric control. The body of the salt bath tempering furnace mainly includes the furnace shell, furnace lining, furnace liner, heater, and furnace cover. The furnace shell is welded from ordinary steel plates and section steel; Aluminum silicate fibers, ultra lightweight insulation bricks, and refractory bricks form an energy-saving composite furnace lining; The furnace chamber is made of heat-resistant stainless steel or carbon steel continuously welded tightly, and spiral high-temperature resistant alloy resistance wires are distributed on the refractory bricks inside the furnace; The furnace cover is tightly attached to the furnace chamber, and its opening is lifted and moved by a crane, which is very convenient and reliable.
The electrical control part of the salt bath tempering furnace mainly includes temperature control and operation. The temperature control adopts a domestic digital display meter and AC contactor for ordinary position control, and is equipped with a recorder to record the complete process curve and can trigger an over temperature alarm; The operation uses buttons and light display to control the on/off of the heater and the operation of the mixer (this furnace type electric control can be equipped with a PID adjustment control cabinet).
