Structure and working principle

The pressure resistant part of the trolley is constructed with high alumina bricks, and the lower part is insulated with insulation bricks.

The lifting of the furnace door is achieved by rollers on the guide rail It is achieved by rolling up and down, and adopts a spring compression device for sealing, which ensures the fitting and sealing between the furnace door fibers and the furnace body fibers when closed, and also ensures that the fibers will not be damaged by friction during the opening and closing process. The power of the furnace door and trolley is provided by an electric motor and has controllable braking function.

The various activity mechanisms of the electric furnace adopt chain control, that is, when the furnace door is opened, the power supply to the heating element is automatically cut off, and at the same time, the power supply for the trolley to travel is restored; After the furnace door is closed, the power supply to the trolley walking motor is automatically cut off, and the power supply to the heating element is restored to prevent accidents caused by misoperation.

The heating element is made of high-temperature resistance alloy wire wound into a strip and a spiral shape, which are respectively hung on the furnace side and the wire support brick of the trolley, and fixed with high aluminum porcelain nails and wire support bricks to prevent detachment.

The trolley is equipped with a pressure resistant and high-temperature resistant cast steel furnace bottom plate for carrying workpieces. In order to prevent the oxide scale generated after heating the workpiece from falling around the heating element through the gaps between the furnace bottom plates and causing damage to the heating element, an insertion type contact is used at the contact between the furnace bottom plate and the furnace body.

The high-temperature tempering furnace is divided into multiple temperature control zones. The furnace temperature control system uses an intelligent temperature controller to achieve temperature rise and control in the furnace. The system has an intelligent PID control algorithm, a five digit ultra large LCD display, self-tuning and adaptive functions, and can display temperature control and furnace temperature simultaneously. It can also be programmed and controlled according to the process requirements of the workpiece, automatically adjust and control the heating power in the furnace, and is easy to operate. The supporting control system also has functions such as sound and light over temperature alarm. The power trigger of this furnace temperature control system adopts a three-phase three wire non-contact output module matched with a bidirectional thyristor, ensuring stable temperature control. This system is also equipped with a temperature recorder, which can timely and accurately record the temperature of each furnace for inspection.
