The shell of this series of well type tempering furnaces is welded from steel sections and steel plates, and the furnace lining is constructed with lightweight refractory materials and insulation materials. Electric heating elements are arranged on the shelf bricks on the inner wall of the furnace, and the workpieces are placed in a material frame made of heat-resistant steel. To ensure uniform heating of the heat-treated workpiece, a fan is installed on the furnace cover to force air circulation. The temperature inside the furnace is measured and controlled by a thermocouple inserted into the furnace side wall in conjunction with a temperature controller. The opening and closing of the furnace cover is done by mechanical or manual lifting.
Purpose: FJ2 series well tempering furnace is a periodic operation type resistance furnace. The rated temperature is 650 ℃, which can be used for tempering general steel parts. Used for heating and heat treatment of light alloy parts.
