II. Purpose

The BTYXBS rotary decanter is widely used for the treatment of urban sewage and various industrial wastewater such as papermaking, beer spraying, and leather making. It is used in the drainage stage to decant the treated supernatant from the surface and is a key equipment in the SBR process. 3、 The device adopts a rotating or electric push rod type and is installed in the reaction tank or sedimentation tank. During operation, the push rod is driven by a driving device to gradually lower the decanter to the water surface at a certain speed (within a specified range of travel), causing the weir mouth to immerse below the water surface. The clear liquid flows in from the weir mouth and is collected by the collection branch pipe to the main pipe before being discharged. When stopped, the decanter is also lifted by the push rod to lift the weir mouth above the water surface, thus completing a process of decanting water. 4、 Main features: 1. Compact equipment structure, smooth operation, easy installation of overall structure, and low operating cost; 2. It has strong adaptability to changes in water quality and quantity, and the decanting depth can reach 3.0m; 3. When the processing capacity Q is less than 1000m3/h, a single push rod is used, Q≥1000m3/h， Then use dual push rods; 4. A scum baffle is installed outside the weir mouth to ensure that the liquid level on the weir mouth does not fluctuate during equipment operation and to ensure optimal effluent quality; 5. The equipment is equipped with variable frequency speed regulation and PLC automatic and remote control, making operation and management convenient.
