1、 Overview
The gas boiler system requires each device to be able to timely, safely, and reliably release and burn hot water during normal or accident venting in this flare boiler, and meet environmental protection requirements.
Each set is equipped with 2 flame arresters.
There are two ways to ignite the gas boiler system:
1) Automatically ignite according to the pressure of the gas.
2) It can be manually ignited through on-site operation of the system.
2、 Working principle of gas boiler
1. Inlet: The outer water tank is controlled by a liquid level switch to automatically inlet water; The inner water inlet is controlled by two solenoid valves at the bottom of the equipment (connecting the inner and outer layers).
2. Water output: When the preset temperature is reached, the delivery water pump starts to supply water to the outside.
3. Production of hot water: The combustion of hot water by a gas burner generates heat energy, and the built-in hot water circulation and multi-layer diversion system continuously agitates the heated water in the inner layer, allowing it to be fully and evenly heated.
When the preset temperature value is reached, the burner stops burning and the delivery water pump starts to supply water to the outside.

3、 Maintenance of gas boiler control system
The control system of this gas calling furnace is a PLC automatic control system, which is specifically designed for use in gas calling furnaces. It operates reliably and is easy to operate. Users are not allowed to modify or disassemble it at will.
4、 Precautions
When the gas boiler is on standby and operating normally, if any problems are found during instrument monitoring or on-site monitoring, timely contact should be made with the dispatch to take emergency measures before implementing the established measures.
In principle, a routine inspection of the gas boiler facilities should be arranged every day, and if any damage is found, timely repairs should be arranged.
