The exhaust gas passes through the first and second expansion and pressure reducing bodies of the inner cylinder before passing through the outer cylinderThe acoustic shell with uniformly distributed small holes emits independent air jets into the atmosphere. Suitable for steam equipment exhaust and noise reduction in many thermal systems such as boilers, steam turbines, steam generators, steam pipelines, etc.

1、Exhaust muffler
To suppress the noise emitted by high-pressure steam flow, this type of muffler system is designed based on the principles of anti noise, spray noise, and anti noise. After passing through a controlled flow in the muffler, the gas enters the pressure reducing body and undergoes a large volume expansion to form a low-pressure airflow before being ejected. During this process, some of the internal energy in the steam flow is converted into sound energy of a certain frequency. Although the noise power is greatly reduced, it often remains higher than the standard value due to factors such as exhaust deviation from the design value. For this purpose, a double-layer structure soundproof cover was designed outside the pressure reducing body, which was designed based on the spectral characteristics of the residual noise emitted by the pressure reducing body to effectively absorb the residual noise. After the user installs as required, the total noise reduction can reach35-60 decibels.
2、Exhaust muffler
For gas emission devices, the exhaust should not only avoid excessive noise, but also allow the steam flow to be smoothly discharged. Therefore, the commonly used multi-stage throttling and small hole injection noise reduction methods are not suitable. This limitation has always been a design difficulty for exhaust mufflers and the reason for poor exhaust noise reduction effect. The muffler of this exhaust also adopts the principle of noise reduction through resistance, spraying, and blocking, in which a large hole expansion is used instead of a smaller diameter control hole, which further enhances the noise reduction effect through resistance, spraying, and blocking in structure, achieving the noise reduction effect.
3. Low pressure exhaust systemSound device(TD type)
Various industrial and mining enterprises use a large amount ofLow pressure boilers with a pressure of 0.13MPa and below also have a large number of low-pressure thermal devices in the power plant thermal system, such as back pressure steam turbines, deaerators, auxiliary air extractors, steam turbine oil pumps, continuous and periodic boiler discharge, etc. The exhaust pipes of the above equipment require the installation of lightweight and more convenient mufflers.
