The structure of the deoxygenation head consists of five main parts: the outer shell, the cyclone group, the water grate, the liquid vapor network, and the steam distribution plate.
1. ShellIt is made by welding the cylinder body and stamped oval head. Medium and small deaerators with low pressure below 150T/H are equipped with a pair of flanges connecting the upper and lower parts for assembly and maintenance purposes.
2. Membrane generator groupIt consists of a water chamber, a steam chamber, a film-forming tube, a condensate connection tube, a makeup water connection tube, and a primary steam inlet connection tube. The material of the membrane tube and drain pipe is made of stainless steel, and it operates year-round without maintenance.
3. Watering gratesThe feed water that has undergone coarse deoxygenation in the membrane section and the hydrophobic introduced through the drainage pipe are mixed here for secondary distribution, and then evenly rained onto the liquid vapor grid below. The water grate can be adjusted according to the specific water temperature, and it operates year-round without maintenance.

Liquid vapor networkIt is composed of flat steel strips and a cylindrical body that are spaced apart from each other, and is equipped with a specially designed stainless steel flat wire mesh and stainless steel plate of a certain height. The feedwater here is fully in contact with secondary steam, heated to saturation temperature, and deeply deoxygenated, so that the content of deoxygenated water is below 10 μ g/L for low-pressure large steam deaerator and below 5 μ g/L for high-pressure deaerator.  
   5. Steam distribution plateMade in a regular and evenly distributed manner according to a certain proportion, the main heating steam is in an evenly distributed state. It rises to heat softened water under non throttling conditions, allowing the heating mass to reach saturation temperature and work for deoxygenation.
