Industry Pain Points:
Currently, key hazardous areas in power, metallurgy, and chemical industries often use traditional temperature sensing cables, smoke detectors, red and ultraviolet detectors, and flame detectors for temperature monitoring. However, all these are passive detection methods, failing to provide early detection and warnings. They not only have poor practical performance and high false alarm rates but also lack visibility.
Solution:
Our company's developed dual-spectrum visible image early warning device features an integrated dual-CCDCamera, capable of visually locking onto and alarming for flames and smoke. Unlike the single...CCDCameras and a single-layer network algorithm are used for identification. Our product, developed by our company, utilizes overlapping ratio identification with cameras of different wavelengths and a dual-layer network algorithm, effectively filtering out the interference from red lights and false fires, thereby reducing the false alarm rate.
