Belt Scale

An automatic weighing device that continuously measures bulk materials on a conveyor belt without the need to detail the quality or interrupt the movement of the belt.

By carrier type: Weighing Platform Carriers, Conveyor Carrier.

By speed classification: Single-speed belt scale, Variable-speed belt scale.

The product adjusts the feeding equipment for material flow by changing the belt speed of the belt conveyor. By installing a load sensor under the measuring roller, the weight of the material on the belt can be input into the meter, and the unit length material flow G (kg/m) can be calculated. A belt speed sensor is also installed on the belt scale, and its signal is also input into the meter to obtain the belt speed V (m/s). Thus, the instantaneous flow rate of the belt scale is L = G * V. The instantaneous flow rate PV is compared with the set flow rate SP, and the belt speed is adjusted through the DA output to make the adjusted flow rate equal to the set flow rate.

Equipped with both variable speed and constant speed operating modes, suitable for controlling belt scales of various forms and measurement ranges, and also applicable for the control of various dynamic scales such as绞刀秤 (cutting blade scale), 圆盘秤 (disc scale), and 转子秤 (rotary scale).
