2. Range limits
Within the range of the scale, it can be adjusted arbitrarily.
Select the range code with the lowest ratio possible to optimize performance characteristics.
3. Zero Setting
Zero and range can be adjusted to any value within the measurement range of the table, as long as: calibrated range ≥ sub-range
4. Installation location affects
Position changes parallel to the film surface do not affect zero drift. If the installation position changes by more than 90° from the film surface, there will be a zero-point effect within the range of <0.4 kPa, which can be corrected by adjusting the zeroing calibration. No range effect.
5. Output
2-wire system, 4-20 mA DC, optional HART output digital communication, linear or square root output available.
Output Signal Limit: Imin = 3.9mA, Imax = 20.5mA
6. Alarm Current
Low Report Mode (Small): 3.7 mA
High Reporting Mode (Large): 21 mA
Non-Report Mode (Maintain): Maintain the effective current value prior to the fault
Alarm Current Standard Setting: High Alarm Mode
7. Response Time
Amplifier component damping constant is 0.1s; sensor time constant is 0.1-1.6s, depending on the range and range ratio. Additional adjustable time constants: 0.1-60s.
The impact on non-linear outputs (such as square root functions) depends on the function in question and can be calculated accordingly.
Preheat Time: < 15s
Ambient Temperature: -40 to 85℃; with LCD display and fluororubber sealing ring, -20 to 65℃
Storage/Transportation Temperature: -50~85℃; with LCD display: -40~85℃
Working Pressure: Nominal working pressure is divided into three grades: 16MPa, 25MPa, and 40MPa.
Static pressure limit: From 3.5 kPa pressure to rated pressure, the protective pressure can be greater than 1.5 times the rated pressure, applied simultaneously on both sides of the transmitter.
One-way overload limit: One-way overload up to rated pressure
Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC)
See the "Electromagnetic Compatibility Appendix" on the next page.
