Overview
The FLN36-12 Load Break Switch is a double-break rotary load switch insulated and arc-quenching medium with SF6 gas, suitable for 10KV distribution systems. Each switch is sealed after being filled with 0.4bar pressure of SF6 gas. The switch can be installed vertically or horizontally, and the typical installation in the ring main unit is to place a steel partition horizontally between the cable room and busbar room. This installation method isolates the busbar from the cable joints to meet the strict safety requirements for operation and maintenance.

• If an internal arc occurs, there is a structural weakness at the rear of the shell, which will be pierced. Subsequently, the arc vent above the cabinet will open, directing the overpressure air flow outside the cabinet, ensuring good safety performance.
• The relative pressure of SF6 gas inside the load switch is 0.045 Mpa.
• The FLN36-12 type load switch and operating mechanism are housed in a detachable upper unit, allowing for easy conversion of the load switch cabinet into a load switch + fuse combination electrical cabinet, or vice versa.
• Separate release coil: For Type A actuating mechanism
• Electrical Operation: Equipped with a motor-driven unit and control module, the load switch can be electrically opened and closed.
