The department currently possesses ceramic tape casting technology, multilayer ceramic processing technology, multilayer ceramic sintering and surface treatment technology. As the material for the third-generation vacuum device package, ceramic packages are widely used in laser devices, microwave radio frequency, optical communication, power devices, and hybrid integrated circuit devices.
