Overview:

The Industrial IoT platform is a system based on the IoT data hub, establishing unified upstream and downstream data standards, and providing energy IoT data services to internet users. Users simply need to purchase AnkoRe IoT sensors, select a gateway if desired, install them themselves, and scan a code to access the required industry data services on their smartphones and computers.

Data Service: Internet users need not focus on the platform itself; they only need to pay attention to the industry data service obtained after purchasing hardware, i.e., the PAAS service.


Data Subscription: System integrators no longer need to know the structure and protocols of the downstream hardware.Data is retrieved through the platform interface or pushed to the application subsystem by the platform.

The industrial IoT platform adopts a layered distributed structure, primarily consisting of the perception layer (end collection devices), the network layer (communication management terminals), and the platform layer (energy IoT cloud platform).

● Perception Layer: Connects various sensors within the network, including multi-functional meters, pre-paid electricity meters, multi-circuit meters, IoT electricity meters, IoT water meters, electric scooter charging stations, car charging stations, streetlight controllers, etc.

● Network Layer: Intelligent gateway collects data from the perception layer, performs data reduction and conversion, and then uploads the data to the Energy Internet of Things cloud platform.

● Platform Layer: Includes application servers and data servers, enabling application access on both PC and mobile devices.

Electricity Collection and Reading
The Power Collection and Monitoring Module enables the query, analysis, early warning, and comprehensive display of various monitoring data to ensure an environmentally friendly power distribution room. In terms of intelligence, it achieves remote measurement, signal, and control for the power supply and distribution monitoring system, conducting comprehensive inspections and unified management of the system. In data resource management, it can display or query the operation of various equipment within the power distribution room (including historical and real-time parameters), and allows for daily, monthly, and annual report queries or printing based on actual conditions, enhancing work efficiency and reducing labor costs.


Energy consumption analysis
The Energy Consumption Analysis Module employs automation and information technology to achieve automated and scientific management throughout the entire process, from energy data collection, process monitoring, energy medium consumption analysis, to energy consumption management. It integrates the entire process of energy management, production, and usage, utilizing data processing and analysis techniques for offline production analysis and management. This enables unified scheduling of the entire factory's energy system, optimizes energy medium balance, effectively utilizes energy, enhances energy quality, reduces energy consumption, and aims to achieve energy-saving, consumption reduction, and improve overall energy management levels.


Pre-paid management
Pre-paid utility services can be tailored for various properties such as commercial complexes, residential communities, office buildings, administrative buildings, and hotel apartments. Online payment and centralized financial management at headquarters are also supported.


EV Charger Management

It addresses challenges such as difficult charging, management, and billing, and can be applied to the operational management of car/battery-powered vehicle charging areas in commercial buildings, residential complexes, schools, and other locations.


Smart Lighting
Smart lighting continuously monitors the power status of lighting circuits in urban areas, such as indoor lighting and streetlights, through IoT technology. It also allows for scheduled on/off strategy configuration, as well as remote management and mobile management on the backend. The Smart Firefighting Module connects various sensors such as smoke detectors, fire water, electrical fire detectors, cameras, fire doors, and fire alarm control panels to the network. It intelligently senses, identifies, and locates the status of these devices, dynamically collecting firefighting information in real-time, filling the gap of ineffective monitoring for "small nine" venues and hazardous chemical production enterprises. It is suitable for all public and residential buildings, achieving unmanned surveillance in smart firefighting and realizing the "automation," "intelligentization," "systematization," and "refinement" of fire facility operation and supervision.
