Overview

The AISD100 series single-phase intelligent safety distribution unit is a smart safety distribution product specifically developed by Ankorui for the low-voltage distribution side. This product is primarily designed to address electrical safety issues caused by reasons such as human contact with low-voltage distribution systems, wire aging, short circuits, and leakage. It is mainly used in various low-voltage power supply locations, including schools, gas stations, banks, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, hotels, shopping malls, commercial shops, enterprises and institutions, household appliances, and tourist attractions, providing safe and reliable power supply for electrical equipment within these locations.

Function:

The unit features an integrated whole-machine design, with dedicated user wiring and operation windows, simplifying the user's wiring process.
Enhance power supply continuity. In the event of a single-phase grounding fault on the grid side of the device, the grid can continue to supply power, and the device will alarm, but the power will not be cut off, ensuring uninterrupted operation of the electrical equipment.
Increase power supply safety. In the event of a single-phase grounding fault on the load circuit of the device's output side, the grounding point will not produce an electric arc spark, preventing electrical fire accidents.
■ Ensures personal safety. The device limits the leakage current on the load side of the power grid, providing protection to the body in case of accidental contact with a single power line, preventing electric shock accidents.
Monitor and alarm function. The device emits an audible and visual alarm signal when the backend output line of the device experiences overloading, over/under voltage, insulation failure, or when there is an internal over-temperature fault within the device.
Real-time parameter measurement of electrical parameters. The device can measure and display in real time the current, voltage, power, electrical energy, device temperature, and ground insulation resistance of the output circuit on the touch screen.
Event Log Function. The device can store up to 20 event logs for user inquiry.
Emergency stop protection function. Features include emergency power supply switching, surge protection, and emergency button power-off.
■ Communication Function. Standard configuration includes 1 RS485 communication interface, using the standard Modbus-RTU protocol. Optional wireless communication is available, supporting NB or 4G wireless modes. Data can be sent to the cloud platform via wired networking or wireless means. Users can remotely monitor and control the device using a web browser, mobile app, or WeChat official account.
