Our company's introduction of this product line is based on a technical collaboration with Nanjing Forestry University. The high-quality bamboo and wood composite bus floor (model number zdb115) is developed with the technical foundation of the patent "A Bamboo Green Reinforced Plywood" from Nanjing Forestry University, designed and produced in strict accordance with national standards. It has been tested by the Nanjing Artificial Board Quality Supervision and Inspection Station of the State Forestry Administration, with all physical and mechanical properties meeting the B-class requirements of LY/T1575-2000 standard; formaldehyde emissions meet the E1 grade requirements of GB18580-2001 standard, and have passed inspection according to GB8410-2006 standard. The floor materials for CRH3 EMUs and other high-speed trains are technologically advanced, currently only producible in Germany. To break the situation where only imports can meet such high-quality requirements, our company has collaborated with Nanjing Forestry University to successfully develop the floor for CRH3 EMUs. The product has been inspected by the Nanjing Artificial Board Quality Supervision and Inspection Station of the State Forestry Administration, with static bending strength and elastic modulus tested according to the requirements of EN-310 standard; adhesive strength tested according to EN-314 standard; and formaldehyde emissions tested according to ENV-717 standard, all meeting the requirements of EN13986 standard, with formaldehyde emissions lower than the E1 grade requirements of EN13986 standard.
