Base Cover Door Switch Box, Multi-row Distribution Box, Low Voltage SeriesConstructed with galvanized steel plates and electrostatic powder coating. Both top and bottom wiring options available, compatible with 18mm-wide MCBs from brands such as Basler, Schneider, ABB, and Siemens. A special design allows for simultaneous disassembly of switches and tracks, facilitating wiring while reducing size. Switches can be installed with single-phase or three-phase busbars from Basler as per customer requirements, making installation even easier. The box includes neutral and grounding terminals for wiring out.
Base Level Cover Switch Box, Multi-row Distribution Box, Low Voltage SeriesDesigned in accordance with IEC 61439-3 and GB7251.3, tested under 50Hz 400V conditions.
A safety distribution box is a power facility that places a high emphasis on safety, and its installation and application must be strictly carried out according to requirements. The installation of distribution boxes mainly considers the following factors:
1. Main and distribution switchgears for indoor and outdoor power supply should be classified. The capacity of each power distribution unit should match the actual load, with power and lighting systems separately installed.
2. The rated values and setting values of the main distribution box electrical equipment should match those of the branch circuit switch electrical equipment. Install a main automatic switch, a residual current protector, and branch automatic switches as well.
3. Various electrical components and leakage protectors used in all levels of distribution boxes should meet quality requirements.
4. Leaking protection devices in all levels of distribution boxes should be reasonably arranged to provide分级 and segment protection.
In the electrical market, it is customary to refer to products like lighting switch boxes and power control boxes as "Jiye Boxes." In fact, "Jiye Box" refers to the "Jiye" brand distribution box. The main reason the industry calls distribution boxes "Jiye Boxes" is:
1. The development of the distribution box industry is closely related to "Kaiye." In the early 1980s, the Hong Kong Kaiye Engineering Company invested in Dongguan and established a factory, producing "Kaiye" brand lighting switch boxes, meter boxes, and power control boxes, among other three-box products, making it one of the early domestic manufacturers specializing in distribution boxes. In 1991, the "Kaiye" word trademark (Class 9: junction box) was successfully registered, registration number 541638; in 1996, the "Kaiye" word + pattern trademark (Class 9) was successfully registered, registration number 838481.
2. "Jiye Boxes" were among the earliest to achieve modularization, standardization, and mass production. With the advancement of China's reform and opening-up, the booming real estate, factory buildings, and municipal construction have spurred the market development of distribution box equipment. As "Jiye Boxes" were among the first to adopt the industrialized mass production standard boxes, the market demand was strong, and the sales (agency) outlets for "Jiye Boxes" were widespread across the country's electrical wholesale markets. Therefore, practitioners have habitually referred to the three-box type distribution boxes as "Jiye Boxes," and the light grey box body color as "Jiye Color," which has been used ever since.
