China is a major feed producer, with its output ranking globally for many consecutive years. However, the protein feed resources in China's feed industry are severely insufficient, leading to a strong dependence on international protein raw materials. In recent years, the demand for international feed protein resources has continuously increased, causing the cost of compound feed in China to remain high, thus inhibiting the development of the feed industry. As a key raw material, feed protein is a critical factor制约ing the development of China's animal husbandry industry. Resolving the bottleneck in protein feed supply holds significant strategic importance for the national economy and people's livelihood.
Soybean meal is highly nutritious, containing approximately 43% protein, which has always been a major protein source for the feed industry and animal husbandry. However, due to the widespread presence of anti-nutritional factors in soy plants, animals have a low absorption and conversion rate of the protein in soybean meal, affecting its nutritional value as feed and indirectly leading to waste of soybean protein feed.
By utilizing biological fermentation technology to denature soybean meal, beneficial components and oligopeptides are enhanced, anti-nutritional factors are eliminated, and the utilization rate of soybean meal is increased. It has become a multi-enzyme protein feed additive and protein feed, and is currently extensively used as protein source for milk pigs, replacing increasingly expensive fishmeal. With its excellent feed value and the ability to partially substitute fishmeal, the fermented soybean meal has immense potential applications in poultry and aquaculture. The prospects are quite promising. Fermented soybean meal, as a new type of protein feed, will play a significant role in the development of China's feed, livestock, and aquatic industries.
SLY.DP series complete set of feed processing equipment for fermented soybean meal, used for deep processing of soybean meal – including mixing, fermentation, drying, and crushing of fermented soybean meal products. The equipment is also suitable for the deep processing of other miscellaneous meals.
