1-80,000 tons feed mill factory: Our factory constructs 10,000-80,000 tons annual output compound pellet feed mills with a process flow including raw material cleaning, coarse and fine crushing, computerized batching, mixing, conditioning, granulation, maturation, cooling, drying, grading, and finished product packaging. Electrical control is centralized with a control room and supplemented by on-site segment control at major stages. Factory computer distributed control systems can also be adopted upon customer request. Equipment start/stop at each stage is controlled by PLC, and real-time operation and fault alarm status can be displayed on the computer. It also features database management capabilities. The production process design is scientific, the layout is reasonable, the batching accuracy is high, the functions are comprehensive, and operation and maintenance are convenient.
