1. Applicable Range
The Tongli Grain Machinery TLBZQ series quality tester is a new type of tempering machine, primarily used for material quality assurance before granulation. The TLBZQ series quality tester heats and humidifies the powder to be granulated, and maintains it at a constant temperature for an extended period. This allows sufficient time for the material to come into contact with steam, initiating partial gelatinization, which facilitates molding and improves the water resistance and quality of the granulated material. It differs significantly from other tempering machines with its slower main shaft speed, longer tempering time, and higher gelatinization degree.
2. Performance Features
1) The contact parts are made of stainless steel.
2) The sealer features a heating and insulation layer along the length, to ensure that the temperature and moisture of the material inside the sealer cylinder are not easily lost.
3) Power transmission utilizes long-life gear reducer, ensuring smooth operation and reliable performance.
4) Shelf life adjustable between 1-8 mins, with good preservation effect and maturation, enhancing the production efficiency of feed mills.
5) The filling coefficient is adjustable from 0.3 to 0.9, suitable for preserving the quality of materials with different densities and particle sizes.
6) Inspection door seal is reliable, using rubber seal strips for sealing. It offers reliable sealing, long service life, and is easy to replace.
7) Equipped with temperature monitoring gauges for incoming and outgoing materials, easy to operate.
8) Utilizes a cylindrical quality assurance room with a side-mounted access door, offering an aesthetically pleasing design and easy assembly/disassembly for maintenance.

2. Working Principle and Structure
1. Working Principle
The working principle of the Tongli TLBZQ quality controller: The machine features a rotor, which consists of a rotor shaft, blades, roller, and a bridging plate. The support blades are welded at a special angle to the rotor shaft, and the bridging plate connects the blades together. The blades and bridging plate on the rotor slowly mix, stir, and convey the material within the tempering room, achieving the effect of low-temperature slow tempering.
2. Structural Form
The TLBZQ quality tester is mainly composed of the housing, rotor, inspection door, discharge port, jacket, and transmission unit. It uses a variable-frequency control motor, and the reducer employs a direct-connected structure for simplicity and compactness.
By adjusting the feed amount of the quality controller, steam supply, and motor speed, the entire adjustment process is matched with the granulator, achieving optimal quality adjustment effects.
