One. Coal powder sampler application
The Coal Powder Sampler is a custom-made, professional automated sampling equipment designed for the coal powder sampling issue in the direct blowing pulverizing system of thermal power plants. It is a sampler powered by compressed air that can operate continuously without interruption. It is suitable for regular coal powder sampling on the primary air coal powder pipeline of the direct blowing pulverizing system, primarily relying on the equal circular ring area sampling method, ensuring the collected samples are representative.
Due to equipment wear and changes in coal type, the fineness of the coal can vary greatly, affecting the economic operation of the boiler. Therefore, the results of regular sampling and testing of coal powder fineness serve as the basis for timely adjusting the opening of the separator's directional gate and replacing worn-out equipment components.
This product utilizes compressed air for automatic blowing and a vacuum pump for automatic suction sampling, thus preventing blockages at the sampling port and ensuring easy sampling. The sampling speed is controlled by adjusting the compressed air pressure. This method allows for a more accurate measurement of coal powder fineness. The sampling tube moves forward or backward at a constant speed to achieve comprehensive sampling over the entire circular area within the pipeline.

The Coal Powder Sampler is primarily composed of the sampling system, separation system, programming system, display unit, control system, timing system, execution system, and installation accessories.
Section 4: Coal Powder Sampler Product Features
1. Timed Sampling; This equipment is equipped with a microcomputer-controlled timer switch, which automatically samples within the set time, automatically shuts off power after sampling, significantly saving energy. Operators only need to collect the sample in front of the sampler after the set sampling time has ended. For example, if an operator sets the sampling time to 9 AM, with a sampling duration of 10 minutes (adjustable), the operator would simply collect the sample in front of the sampler at 9:10 AM. No further action is required, greatly reducing the operator's workload and increasing sampling efficiency. The timer switch can be set for 16 timed events per day, allowing for 16 automatic sampling occurrences.
2. Spot Sampling; the sampler is equipped with a programming system, allowing for any sampling length to be set. For instance, if the sampling length is set to 600mm, the sampler will uniformly collect samples to a distance of 600mm from the pipe wall, automatically retracting into the protective tube and placing itself outside the coal powder air stream, resulting in minimal wear and extended lifespan.
3. Automatic blow cleaning; to prevent the sampling tube from clogging, the equipment must undergo an automatic blow cleaning after each automatic sampling, with adjustable cleaning time.
Five. Coal powder sampler features
The sampling speed of the coal powder sampler is controlled by adjusting the pressure of compressed air. This ensures the acquisition of more accurate, representative, and uniform coal powder fineness values.
2. Unique leak-proof interface, no leakage or powder spillover.
3. Made of stainless steel material, non-clogging, non-corrosive.
4. The sampling gun can be retracted into the protective tube, placing it outside the coal powder airflow, resulting in minimal wear and extended lifespan.
1 person operation, 2 minutes sampling, anytime, quick, and work easy.
Section 6: Coal Powder Sampler Installation Steps
This equipment employs a unique design concept, effectively integrating the exhaust pipe with the sampling tube, requiring only one connecting pipe to be welded during installation.
1. Compressed air is required on-site.
2. Installation Location: Installed on the vertical section of the coal powder pipeline.
3. Holes: Two 50mm diameter mounting holes are drilled in the coal powder pipe.
4. Determine the length of the fixed pipe and the travel distance of the sampling gun based on the coal powder pipeline diameter.
5. Securely weld the fixed pipe to ensure smooth operation of the sampling gun.
