The glass fiber spray tower is composed of the upper tower body, cylinder, and circulating liquid trough. Inside, there are two layers of packing material: one layer of inclined corrugated plates and the other layer of step rings, which provide a large surface area for gas-liquid contact, ensuring high mass transfer efficiency. According to the order requirements, the lower tower body can be equipped with overflow, sewage discharge, and an automatic water supply line. Water can be directly drawn from this location, eliminating the need for a cooling pond.
Operating Principle:
The glass fiber spray tower's internal gas is supplied by a fan, flowing upwards. The absorbent liquid (purification liquid) is pumped into the top of the tower by an acid-resistant pump and evenly sprayed downwards through a spray device. This creates countercurrent absorption. After neutralization and absorption (purification), the gas passes through the tower's demisting section and is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. A secondary absorption system can also be added as needed. Different acidic gases are absorbed with different absorbent liquids. Acid mist is absorbed using sodium hydroxide solution, with an absorption (purification) efficiency of over 98% when the solution concentration reaches 2-6%; purification efficiency of sulfuric acid mist is over 97%; and purification efficiency of nitric acid mist is over 90%. Sodium hypochlorite solution is used as the absorbent and neutralizing liquid for purifying cyanide-containing waste gases, achieving an efficiency of over 95%.

1. The separation efficiency of FRP spray towers is also a crucial factor affecting equipment performance. Generally, products with better performance have higher separation efficiency and stronger gas absorption (purification) capabilities.
2. Examine the productivity; the capacity of the purification tower is a major indicator of the entire equipment. A higher capacity signifies superior equipment performance.
3. The resistance and pressure drop of the tower during operation are also major factors affecting the equipment's performance. Higher performance equipment has less resistance and lower pressure drop.
4. Equipment with high operational flexibility is unaffected by surrounding environments and also enhances the overall tower's absorption (purification) performance.

3. For the pipelines before and after the spray tower, if the customer requires glass fiber ducts, they must be ordered separately. Non-standard pipelines can be custom-made according to the design drawings, and our company offers preferential supply.
