The YRKK series medium-voltage wound-rotor asynchronous motors are our new product. The series motors range from a center height of H355 to H630, with a total of six center heights.
The development of this series of motors incorporates advanced analytical computation techniques, coupled with premium materials and exquisite processing during manufacturing, resulting in motors that boast high efficiency, low noise, minimal vibration, and exceptional reliability.
The basic design of the series motors is horizontal with feet (IMB3) for installation, and they are rated for continuous operation (S1).
In most cases, motors come in three basic protection levels: IP23, IP44, and IP54.
The cooling methods for the series motors typically include IC01, IC81W, IC611, or IC616.
Series motors are suitable for loads such as drag conveyors, grinders, hoists, belt conveyors, and heavy-duty starters for fans.
Structure Overview
The series motors feature a steel plate welding frame, offering the benefits of good rigidity and light weight. The optimized design of the motor structure also ensures ease of installation and maintenance.
The stator and rotor lamination is made from a single sheet, stamped from low-loss silicon steel, which reduces iron loss and improves efficiency.
The series motors have an insulation grade of F. After the stator core is assembled, the winding is embedded in the housing exterior. The ends of the coils are secured with end rings, and the gaps between the ends are tightly filled with material, which enhances the overall rigidity of the coil. Once the end connections of the coil are completed, the entire stator winding section is treated with solvent-free paint by vacuum pressure impregnation. The treated stator winding is then mounted into the stator housing and secured in place.
The rotor core is heat-shrink fitted onto the shaft, and the rotor windings are securely fastened in the slots to minimize vibration. The welding between windings utilizes advanced welding techniques, ensuring high mechanical strength and excellent conductivity at the joints. The ends of the rotor windings are secured with binding. After vacuum pressure impregnation, the rotor winding is connected to the slip rings. This rotor structure is particularly suited for withstanding the centrifugal forces generated by rotation.
To facilitate maintenance of the slip ring without disassembling the motor, the slip ring is located externally to the motor's non-axial extension end frame. This design reduces the distance between bearings, improving the motor's vibration. The outer slip ring structure also prevents carbon dust from brush wear from entering the motor interior. The slip ring chamber is equipped with an axial fan and a filter for collecting carbon dust.
Standard series motors utilize rolling bearing structures and are lubricated with grease or light oil depending on the motor's center height and speed, without the need for a forced oil supply system. Motors for users with sliding bearings are equipped with sliding bearing structures and are lubricated either by self-lubricating oil rings or a forced oil supply system, based on the load conditions.
