The hydraulic filter press is mainly composed of four major parts: the frame section, the filtering section, the hydraulic section, and the electrical control section.

Rack Section: The rack forms the foundation of the filter press, supporting the filtration mechanism and connecting other components. It is primarily composed of thrust plates, clamping plates, clamping sections, and main beams. The design of the rack must ensure sufficient strength and stability to withstand various forces and pressures during the filtration process.
Filtering Section: The filtering section consists of filter plates arranged in a certain order on the main beam, with filtering media (filter cloth) sandwiched between the plates, forming individual filtering units (filter chambers). The selection of filter plates and filter cloth should be determined based on the properties of the material to be filtered and the filtration requirements.

Hydraulic Section: The hydraulic section serves as the power unit of the filter press, primarily consisting of a hydraulic station and cylinders. The hydraulic station supplies high-pressure oil, which is then used by the cylinders and pistons to push the pressing plate for clamping and releasing operations. The stability and reliability of the hydraulic system are crucial for the normal operation of the filter press.
Electrical Control Section: The electrical control section serves as the control center of the entire machine, regulating the hydraulic station to control the whole press filter. It enables automated control, enhancing the ease of operation and production efficiency of the equipment.
