As a belt scale manufacturer, we advise that the installation of the belt scale body should be in a full-suspension hoisting structure. The installation process should follow the following principles:
When hoisting the weighing body, the hoisting point should be a fixed, separate entity and not connected to any vibrating object.
2. The weighing body should remain level, with the ability to freely adjust its upper and lower positions.
3. The weighing body on the side with the motor should be mounted at the feed point of the electric vibration machine and hoisted using a tension sensor. The midpoint of the conveyor belt's discharge side arch should be hoisted using a tension sensor.
4. After the weighing body is installed, power it on and adjust the forward and reverse operation as well as the stability. If the weighing body shakes excessively, further adjust the hanging installation of the weighing body until it operates smoothly.
5. An electric vibrator is the feeding mechanism in a belt scale system, with its larger feeding capacity referring to the higher hourly production capacity of the feeding machine. The hoisting point of the electric vibrator should not be located on the same physical entity as the hoisting point of the weighing body (such as both being connected to the material storage), to prevent the vibration of the electric vibrator from affecting the accuracy of the sensor measurement.
6. The electric vibration machine is also suspended and equipped with vibration-damping springs. The discharge port of the electric vibration machine is above the driven roller of the belt scale, and the height cannot exceed 10 centimeters. The front edge of the discharge port should be parallel to the belt to ensure uniform feeding.
