The RCYG series pipeline-type self-discharging permanent magnet iron separator is designed to address the issue of iron-containing substances mixed with the conveying materials in pipelines within industries such as cement, chemical, glass, ceramics, gypsum, and food processing. These substances include scrap steel sections, steel balls, screws, as well as mechanical debris and worn iron impurities. If these harmful substances enter the next production process, they can damage and block packaging machines, separator machines, and grinding equipment, thereby affecting production efficiency and causing unnecessary losses.

Our company, with years of production experience in magnetic separation equipment, has continuously improved from manual iron removal in pipeline to self-designed and manufactured automatic pipeline iron separators. After actual use by customers, the iron removal efficiency is excellent, and the product's technical performance is mature, thereby meeting the customers' usage requirements.

Key Features:
This self-unloading iron separator is primarily used for removing iron from powdery and granular materials inside pipelines. It employs high-performance strong magnetic rare earth materials as the magnetic source, featuring strong magnetic field, clean iron removal, light weight, long service life, easy installation, and low power consumption. Our company has also addressed the wear issue caused by the flow of materials inside the pipeline, adding non-metallic wear-resistant linings with wear resistance up to 7-10 times higher than that of metal, thus eliminating the inconvenience of frequently replacing conventional wear-resistant materials. The self-unloading iron separator is driven by a reducer for the iron removal unit, with a sealed transmission system, resulting in minimal mechanical wear and a low failure rate.
