304 Series Stainless Steel Explosion-Proof Pressure Cabinet(Up/Down Doors/Lateral Switches/Front/Back Hinges)
Stainless steel positive pressure explosion-proof cabinets, specifically designed for Zone 2, feature a simplified safety device for air exchange time compared to the Pz and Px series. The cabinets only indicate the air exchange time, which the user must follow before powering the main chamber.
Additionally, when the internal pressure drops below 100Pa, the automatic control system will trigger an alarm and initiate air intake. It will automatically adjust the internal air补充. If the air补充 is successful, the system will return to normal operation. If not, and the internal pressure drops to 60Pa, the system will not automatically shut off power and will continue to alarm intermittently.
304 Series Stainless Steel Explosion-Proof Pressure Cabinet (Top and bottom doors, left and right switches, front and rear doors) Installation
●Cabinet installation location: Indoor or outdoor with a canopy, on a flat surface with no noticeable vibration.
●The installation method is floor-standing, with dedicated mounting holes provided below the product for secure installation. Specific parameters are detailed in the technical drawings.
●The wiring method is cable trench wiring. The user can refer to relevant national and industry standards for the cable trench structure and design, as well as construction, in accordance with the structural requirements of this cabinet.
●Handle with care; this product must not be tilted excessively, with an incline no greater than 10 degrees.
●Do not use prying or hammering methods for handling and positioning this product during transportation and installation. Otherwise, it may affect the product's sealing performance, leading to improper operation of this product.
●304 Series Stainless Steel Explosion-proof Pressure Cabinet (Top/Bottom Doors, Left/Right Handles, Front/Back Doors) is equipped with intake and exhaust ports. The exhaust port can be discharged on-site or directed to a safe area for排放. On-site discharge requires passing through a fire damper before release. Users must provide an intake gas source (clean gas) on-site, with the gas pressure generally controlled between 0.2-0.8 MPa. When the intake gas source is nitrogen, (note: when using nitrogen as a protective gas in a sealed operation room, exercise caution. If nitrogen must be used as a protective gas, ensure proper ventilation on-site to ensure personal safety).
●Due to the presence of precision electrical components such as industrial control electronics and touchscreens, a desiccant filter must be installed at the gas source inlet to ensure the air is dry and clean, otherwise, it will affect the lifespan of the electrical equipment.
●Do not adjust the pressure-reducing valve; otherwise, it may cause a high-pressure surge in the cabinet (the pressure-reducing valve is already adjusted at the factory).
