Sarsaparilla seedling planting technology
Select Seedlings: Use one-year-old seedlings (with roots over 40 cm) and avoid two-year-old or older seedlings. Choose khorma without powdery mildew or root rot (seedlings with root rot have dry, black roots).
Salsola Planting: Salsola transplantation is divided into hole planting and seam planting. Before planting, if possible, use ABT root activator to dip the roots to enhance the survival rate of the Salsola transplantation. Plant according to a row spacing of 1.5m and a plant spacing of 1m, placing 2-4 seedlings per hole, with a depth that allows the Salsola seedling roots to fully extend. Cover with dry sand promptly after water infiltration to retain moisture, thereby improving survival rates.
Hole planting: Dig a small hole, place the Nama grass seedlings inside, then cover with soil and water.
2. Sowing: Remove the upper layer of dry sand with a shovel, then insert the shovel into the wet sand layer and shake back and forth to form a narrow groove. Place the seedlings along the narrow groove, ensuring no root entanglement. Press or trample the groove tightly, water thoroughly, and after the water has渗入, cover with about 5cm of dry sand soil. (This method is labor-saving, with a fast planting speed, and is recommended for use.)
