1. PID Intelligent Control System

PID( ProportioThe PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) controller calculates control values using proportional, integral, and derivative operations. This controller compares the data collected by precise sensors with set reference values to determine correction parameters. Real-time dynamic collection and adjustment of parameters across three dimensions allow the system's data to reach and maintain the set values. Unlike other simple control calculations, the PID controller can adjust input values based on historical data and the frequency of differences, thereby eliminating errors, averaging past errors, and predicting future errors through error changes. This makes the system more accurate and stable.

Super-sized screen graphical display controller

The display control system offers assistance features and maintenance suggestions. The controller screen allows for operation and display of the system's real-time working status, and can record and store historical data and data trails from a set period.

Adaptive Fan System

In addition to traditional fans, we offer EC fans. The revolutionary EC fan technology employs an efficient variable frequency motor, significantly reducing energy consumption and extending component life, delivering value to the user. The EC fans are controlled by a PID module controller, providing the equipment with the appropriate airflow for optimal operating conditions. For EC fan-powered downwind units, a submersible design is used, allowing the EC fan to be placed below the floor during on-site installation, further reducing fan energy consumption.
