1. Product Overview
The Xinglu brand Special Explosion-proof Chiller Unit is an improved type of chiller based on a standard cold water chiller. This unit is suitable for various hazardous areas such as environments with explosive gases or vapors classified as IIA, IIB, IIC groups T1-T4; petrochemical, metallurgical, textile, food, bioengineering, storage, aerospace engineering, and other explosive environments with temperature control requirements. It can be used in environments with temperatures ranging from -5°C to +43°C.

2. Product Features
High-quality compressor
As the heart of the chillers, we select brand new, OEM compressors from Europe, America, and Japan, featuring built-in safety controls, low noise, energy-saving, and durability. Tank-type evaporator.
Stainless steel heavy-duty tank-type evaporator with built-in automatic water replenishment system. Eliminates the need for an expanded tank during engineering installation, facilitates installation and maintenance, and is suitable for special conditions with large temperature differences and low flow rates.

Air-cooled Condenser
High-speed punch press perforation, reliable blanking quality, double flanging, copper tubes and fins have a tighter contact, resulting in high heat exchange efficiency. Utilizing fully imported copper tubes and fully automatic elbow welding significantly enhances oxygen tightness, preventing refrigerant leakage, especially suitable for areas with water scarcity or high water hardness.

Aviation Component Set
Precision electronic temperature controller with water temperature control between 5~25 degrees, built-in overload protector for compressor, overload protection for circulating pump, low-pressure abnormality protector for the system, high-efficiency imported drying filter and blow-off valve, maintenance hand valve interface, and other devices ensure reliable and safe operation of the machine, facilitating maintenance and repair.

Equipped with imported high-efficiency energy-saving pumps according to the user's engineering design requirements, the Xigou explosion-proof chiller can be installed and used quickly and conveniently.

Function Operation Panel
The control panel features an ammeter, control circuit breaker, compressor and pump switch buttons, electronic temperature controller, various safety protection fault lights, and unit start-up operation indicator lights, for easy operation.

Safety Performance
The explosion-proof cold water chiller will feature refrigeration, heating, and automatic defrosting functions. The compressor, fan, and other components have undergone special explosion-proof treatment. The explosion-proof type is whole-machine explosion-proof, with pressure protection measures. It employs a composite explosion-proof technology including flameproof, intrinsically safe, and sealed type. The control end is fully intrinsically safe, ensuring no electrical sparks are generated, making it easy to use and highly reliable for safety.

The explosion-proof cooling unit is marked with ExdibmbⅡCT4Gb or ExdibmbIIBT4Gb.
