DLC Nanocoating Processing for Hardware Components - Low Friction Coating Processing - Vacuum Coating DLC Processing - Rotating Friction PVD Coating Processing. DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) is a material composed of graphite (SP2) and diamond (SP3), where graphite offers excellent self-lubrication and diamond boasts high hardness. Therefore, it is a self-lubricating coating that enhances the surface properties of workpieces, typically with a thickness of 1-2 micrometers. The surface hardness can reach HV2500, and it features a low friction coefficient. Our company, based on the material, movement, and stress conditions of different workpieces, employs various processes to autonomously prepare different types of DLC coatings using our own PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) method at low temperatures of 100-150 degrees Celsius, to accommodate various materials and processing conditions. Sewing machine components such as bobbin winder, needle bar, and balance assembly, among others, which require rotating and frictional components, can be coated with DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) for surface treatment, offering硬化, wear resistance, and self-lubrication properties, potentially extending the lifespan by 5 to 10 times.
