DLC (Diamond Like Carbon), commonly known as diamond-like, is a material composed of graphite (SP2) and diamond (SP3). Graphite boasts excellent self-lubricating properties, while diamond has exceptional hardness. Thus, it's a self-lubricating coating that enhances the surface performance of workpieces, typically with a thickness of 1um to 2um. The surface hardness can reach HV2500, and it features a low friction coefficient.
