KFX Compressed Air Inlet and Exhaust Noise Elimination Filter
Our silencers are designed using principles such as expansion vessel pressure reduction, small-hole injection, and resistive sound absorption to eliminate exhaust noise from various air compressors and blowers. During the design process, a two-stage small-hole injection method is employed during the expansion and pressure reduction phase, allowing air to be减压 to atmospheric pressure as it approaches the speed of sound. It then enters a passageway lined with ultra-fine glass wool for resistive noise reduction. The noise reduction can reach over 30dB(A), with a pressure loss of ≤15kPa.
I. Description of Technical Features
1. This silencer is a composite structure that utilizes principles such as throttling, expansion, small-hole injection, and ultra-fine glass wool absorption to eliminate intake and exhaust noise from various air compressors or blowers, with a noise reduction of over 30dB(A).
2. Utilizes secondary micro-hole injection, where the blower divides the intake and exhaust pressure into two stages to reach atmospheric pressure. The rational hole rate and orifice plate area ensure excellent noise reduction effect.
The silencer is equipped with a 20-mesh stainless steel dust filter at the inlet, featuring a sheet or suspended internal structure. The channel shape remains unchanged, and it is suitable for filtering and noise reduction at the inlet of fans or air compressors.
