ZL Precision Air Filters for Compressed Air Series

Our precision compressed air filters are divided into four grades based on filtration accuracy: C, T, A, and H levels.

Compressed air enters the filter, where it is effectively purified through the filter core's filtration, interception, inertial, diffusive, and gravitational actions, removing impurities such as moisture, dust particles, and oil mist from the compressed air. This results in clean and dry compressed air, enhancing the reliability of pneumatic equipment.

Technical Specifications

Work Pressure: Standard 0.7 Mpa, air inlet and outlet pipe diameter matches the corresponding dryer's air inlet and outlet diameter.

Drainage valves: Select mechanical automatic or electric drainage based on actual needs.

FC Grade Supervisor Separator Filtration Precision: Dust Content ≤ 3μm, Oil Content ≤ 5ppm

FT grade supervisor dust removal filter filtration accuracy: dust content ≤ 1μm, oil content ≤ 1ppm

FA Grade High-Efficiency Oil Remover Filter Filtration Precision: Dust Content ≤0.01 μm, Oil Content ≤0.01 ppm

FH Grade Oil Vapour Filter Filtration Precision: Dust Content ≤ 0.01 μm, Oil Content ≤ 0.003 ppm

Special Note: Under rated operating conditions, filter element lifespan: C, T, A grades - 8000 hours; H grade - 2000 hours.
