Smoke and oil mist purifier equipment performance
The electrostatic ion smoke purification equipment utilizes dual actions of mechanical separation and electrostatic purification. After the smoke-laden waste gases are drawn into the pipeline by the fan, they enter the primary separation device of the smoke purification unit. This device employs gravity-inertia purification technology to physically separate and balance large-sized oil mist particles. The separated large oil droplets then flow into the oil trough under their own gravity. The remaining small-sized pollutants enter the secondary stage—high-voltage electrostatic field. Inside the electrostatic field, there are two stages: one is the ionizer, where strong electric fields charge the particles, making them charged particles. These charged particles are immediately adsorbed onto the secondary吸附极板 and partially carbonized. Simultaneously, the ozone generated by the high-voltage electrostatic field effectively degrades harmful components, providing disinfection, smoke purification, and odor removal. Finally, the clean air is discharged through a filter grid.
