The XK8450HD CNC Roller Milling Machine, developed on the basis of our XK8450 series, is a new CNC roller slot processing machine designed after thorough research and analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of similar products both domestically and internationally. It achieves a higher level of automation, emphasizes multifunctionality, and is capable of processing various roller slots effortlessly.
This series of machine tools features an integral 4-way guide way bed structure, with the reference guide way undergoing integral ultra-audio quenching, which ensures the overall high rigidity, precision, and stability. Additionally, it employs a full-enclosure structure.
The flying knife milling head component features a transverse movement guide rail supported by a high-precision heavy-duty linear cylindrical roller guide pair (used in high-precision rolling mill lathes). This ensures the high precision and rigidity requirements for the feed movement during flying knife processing.
Swivel milling heads and oscillating engraving heads are independently configured and controlled (without mechanical or electrical conversion), ensuring no interference with other machine components, enabling full stroke rolling mill processing.
After completing the initial tool setting, achieve automatic flycutting of transverse rib grooves and character/pattern engraving in one go. (Optional automatic tool setting equipment is available for easy rework of roller groove tool setting functions).
All longitudinal and transverse linear motion axes of the machine tool are equipped with high-precision ball screw drives to avoid the inaccuracies associated with gear rack transmission. Under the automatic control of the CNC system, it can achieve automatic movement from one hole pattern to the next with precise positioning.
The standard configuration features a complete German Siemens SINUMARIK 6-axis CNC system, including full servo motors and drives, ensuring the system and servo performance is enhanced to an optimal state.
