Introduction: Utilizing spray, coating, and plating techniques, along with multi-layer flavoring technology, the product is seasoned from three parts: solution, pre-powder, and post-powder, resulting in a richer and more立体 taste. The unique internal structure of the spray equipment in the coating unit significantly enhances the contact opportunity between the raw materials, leading to a more uniform coating effect and reduced defect rate. The nut kernel raw materials and semi-finished products are transported via conveyors, sequentially passing through hoists into the main processing equipment—a continuous shallow powder coating machine. Following frying/baking, they are re-coated and seasoned, then cooled and packaged. This fully automated continuous operation improves production efficiency and ensures product quality.
