Titanex Passive Protection Mesh (Titanex T4/80), generally conforms to the standard "Flexible Protection Mesh System for Slope" JT/T1328-2020.
Titanium grid structure
Titanium wire mesh structure: T4/80 (consisting of high-strength steel wire with a diameter of 4mm, the mesh inner circle is 80mm, with a tensile strength of not less than 1770MPa, electro-galvanized AB grade with sufficient zinc coating).
Wire Rope: (Support Rope, Edge Dropper Rope) - Used: φ20mm hot-dipped galvanized AB grade wire rope with tensile strength of 1770MPa, structure 6*19+WSC. (Side Pull Anchor Rope, Up Pull Anchor Rope, Down Pull and Intermediate Reinforcement Anchor Rope) - Used: φ14mm hot-dipped galvanized AB grade wire rope with tensile strength of 1770MPa, structure 6*19+WSC.
Wire Rope Anchor Rod: Constructed with dual 6*19-16 wire rope structure, tensile strength of 1770MPa.
Base Anchor Rod: Single φ25/28/32mm steel bar, length 1/1.5 meters.
Steel Column: Structural steel composed of cold-rolled carbon steel pipes (SP) and H-shaped steel (HW125) with a height and flange width of 125mm each, height of 4 meters.
Base: Base made of Q325 steel, galvanized grade A
Characteristics and Advantages: A net formed by intertwining high-tensile steel wires into rings that fit together. Suitable for steep mountainous areas with buffer zones on both sides of roads, it keeps rockfalls, flying stones, and mudslides outside of building facilities, thus avoiding damage to the structures from disasters. Its protective energy against falling rocks is typically 150KJ-2000KJ, with special fortifications reaching up to 5000KJ.
