Ultra-fine Pulverizer is a machine used to grind materials into ultra-fine powder, widely applied in metallurgy, construction materials, chemical industry, mining, and other fields.
The primary function is to grind various non-flammable and non-explosive brittle materials into fine powder, suitable for materials with Mohs hardness ≤6. The finished powder's particle size can be adjusted between 325-3000 mesh, with a production capacity of up to 0.4-45 tons per hour.
The ultra-fine grinding mill operates by the motor driving the reducer, causing the main shaft and turntable to rotate. After the material is crushed, it is sent to the storage bin and then evenly delivered to the turntable through a vibration feeder and an inclined feeding pipe.
Material is scattered outward to the circumference under the action of centrifugal force, and falls into the groove of the grinding ring where it is impacted, rolled, and ground by the ring roller. The powdered material is then extracted and carried out by the suction action of a high-pressure blower, and separated into fine powder meeting the required specifications by a separator.
