The Multi-layer Hard Sealed Three-Offset Butterfly Valve is an optimized design by our technical team, which absorbs the structures and characteristics of similar foreign products and overcomes the defects of the original products in use. This design enhances the valve's lifespan and reliability in sealing. The butterfly valve employs a three-dimensional offset design principle, with the sealing pair consisting of two overlapping conical section surfaces. After the butterfly plate's rotation center passes through the eccentric values of the valve body and seat, it achieves instantaneous contact and separation for opening and closing. The labyrinthine sealing is achieved through the metal and graphite layered structure of the butterfly plate's sealing ring, which minimizes the torque required for valve operation while ensuring the butterfly valve's sealing performance. The bi-directional pressure butterfly valve achieves zero leakage in both进出口 by reducing the eccentric value and enhancing the strength of the butterfly plate, valve shaft, and actuator, etc.
