Full-welded ball valve with locking mechanism
A locking welding ball valve is a ball valve with anti-theft features, widely used in fuel supply, heating, or water supply pipelines, boasting strong anti-theft capabilities. It operates through magnetic force to control the opening and closing of the valve's closure components, typically used on important, specialized valves to prevent casual operation. It offers no gaps, is resistant to blockage, waterproof, anti-corrosive, and easy to use; it is highly favored by industries such as water supply, heating, gas, and solar water heaters.

Structural Features
1. No maintenance, adjustment, or lubrication required; easy to install, and operates reliably for long periods with low running costs. Surface treated with electrostatic powder coating for a glossy, attractive finish. No external leakage or similar issues. The valve body is a welded construction, making the valve lightweight and easy to insulate. The installation of the regulating mechanism is extremely simple; the operating handle can be removed and reinstalled in a reversed position.
2. Due to the valve seat being composed of a PTFE sealing ring and a butterfly spring, it has strong adaptability to changes in pressure and temperature, ensuring no leakage occurs within its operating range.
3. The spherical processing involves advanced computerized inspection equipment for tracking, ensuring high precision in the manufacturing of spheres.
4. As the valve body material is identical to the pipe material, it avoids uneven stress and deformation caused by earthquakes or vehicles passing over the ground, ensuring the pipe's resistance to aging.
5. Full-welded integral design, equal and unequal diameter channels, with fixed and floating balls, dual piston effect sealing system, and self-inking sealant bearing.
6. To prevent static electricity, steel balls and springs are installed between the valve stem and ball, as well as between the valve stem and the stuffing box. This maintains electrical conductivity between all valve components and the body, allowing current to pass through the area and release static electricity. It not only prevents fires but also corrosion, enabling temporary shutdown for timely maintenance.
