GA49H-4, DN25 Main Safety Valve

Description:

Primarily used on power plant boilers, pressure vessels, and temperature-reducing and pressure-reducing equipment. Prevents pressure from exceeding the allowable pressure limit, ensuring safe operation of the equipment.

Structure Overview:

1. Upon reaching the set pressure, the surge safety valve opens, allowing the medium to flow from the pulse pipe into the piston chamber of the main safety valve, pushing the piston down to automatically open the valve. When the surge valve closes, the valve disc closes automatically as well.

2. The sealing surface is made of cobalt-based chrome-nickel stainless steel surfacing weld, and the valve disc has been heat treated, enhancing its wear resistance and erosion resistance.

Installation Instructions:

Valves must be vertically mounted at the high position of the equipment.

2. The main safety valve is securely fastened to the bracket, which bears the reactive force generated when the main safety valve exhausts steam.

3. Steam exhaust pipes should have dedicated hangers. The weight of the steam exhaust pipes should not be added to the main safety valve. The connection flange between the main safety valve and the steam exhaust pipe should relieve any additional pre-stress.

4. The low point of the exhaust pipe should be considered for drainage to prevent water hammer during exhaust.
