The four-fluorine-lined compensator, through certain processing methods, alters the previous characteristic of pipes that could not bend, making it resistant to concentrated acids, alkalis, and salts. It also possesses the pressure-bearing capabilities of stainless steel compensators and features such as collision resistance. It can be used to connect low-pressure graphite, ceramic, and glass pipes. It can serve as feed and discharge pipes for tank trucks, storage tanks, containers, or reactors. It can facilitate misaligned pipe connections or be used to balance pipe displacement and size changes caused by climate or other factors. In some applications, it can also function as a tubular reactor or heat exchanger.
Fluorine-lined compensators can be designed to meet customer requirements (corrosion, high temperature, etc.) and are commonly used for compensation in pipeline systems in industries such as chemicals, steel, and cement.
