Desulfurization flue gas damper doors are designed for bypass damper applications in desulfurization flue gas systems, featuring full open and full close functions with a 90° operating angle. They are used in flue gas desulfurization systems of power plants to control flue gas flow and can also be applied in other air and flue ducts with high operational control requirements.
The desulfurization flue gas damper blades are available in two types: single blade or double blade.
1. Double-leaf doors require a sealed air system, designed for zero leakage.
2. Single-layer shutter door does not require a sealing air system; the design sealing efficiency is not less than 99%.
When selecting and ordering desulfurization flue gas damper doors, provide relevant data and requirements to the manufacturer and obtain selection materials from the manufacturer. Based on the application and location of the desulfurization flue gas damper door in the pipeline, choose different structural and sealing types, and provide operating condition parameters.
a. Structure Types: Single-layer Baffle, Double-layer Baffle
b. Sealing Type: Elastic Contact Sealing or Sealing Air. When selecting Sealing Air, is a sealing fan and air heater required to be supplied?
c. Drive Types: Electric, Pneumatic, Electrohydraulic
d. Working Medium: Flue Gas
e. Working Pressure (P): Pa; Working Temperature (t): °C
f. Material Requirements: Based on the corrosion by flue gas, the materials in contact with flue gas are typically categorized as ordinary carbon steel, acid-resistant carbon steel, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, or nickel-based alloys.
g. Electrical control requirements
h. Other special requirements.
