Before installing the product, check that the compensator's model and specifications meet the design requirements of the entire piping system.

2. Only one bypass pressure equalization compensator can be installed between the two fixed supports.

3. The fixed bracket must meet the design requirements in terms of strength to ensure the compensator is not damaged; the guide bracket must have sufficient guiding capability, otherwise it will affect the transmission of pipeline displacement.

4. Dished compensators typically do not absorb torque; therefore, it is not permissible for the compensator to be subjected to torque during installation.

5. The auxiliary components used for the preliminary deformation of "cold shrink" compensators should be removed after the compensator has undergone preliminary deformation.

6. After the pipeline installation is complete, the auxiliary positioning mechanism and fasteners used for installation and transportation protection on the compensator should be immediately removed. Then, adjust the limit device to the specified position according to design requirements, allowing the pipeline to be fully compensated under environmental conditions.

7. In addition to pre-deformation requirements for tension or "cold shrinkage," it is strictly prohibited to adjust installation deviations of piping by means of bellows deformation. Failure to do so may affect the normal function of the compensator, thereby reducing its service life and increasing the load on the piping system, equipment, and supporting structures.

8. The pipeline should be neutral in terms of alignment. If no other method is available to ensure this, the method of laying a straight pipe, cutting off equal-length pipe sections, and then installing expansion joints can be used.

9. The thermal insulation should be applied to the exterior protective cover of the compensator, and materials containing chlorine should not be used for insulation.

10. Welding slag is not allowed to splatter onto the surface of the bellows or cause any other mechanical damage during installation.

Compensator allows system pressure tests up to 1.5 times the nominal pressure.

12. When conducting hydrostatic testing on compensators used for gas media and their connecting pipelines, consider whether temporary supports are needed for the compensator's outlet during the filling process to bear the weight.

13. The water used for hydrostatic testing must be clean, non-corrosive, and the chloride ion content must be controlled not to exceed 25 ppm.

14. After the hydrostatic test of products in the steam pipeline, drain the accumulated water from the corrugated pipe.

15. During operation, the valves on pipelines equipped with compensators should be opened and closed gradually to prevent sudden changes in temperature and pressure within the pipeline, which could damage the supports or compensators.

16. Prior to the second operation of the steam network with a water separator, the separator's drain device should be opened to drain the condensate from the sleeve, and then securely fasten the water separator.
