The HZS180 concrete batching plant consists of aggregate supply, measurement, mixing, and an electrical automatic control system. It has a production capacity of 180 m3/h per unit, an unloading height of 3.8m, and can mix various types of concrete. It is suitable for large-scale construction projects, including water and electricity, roads, ports, bridges, large-scale precast concrete factories, and commercial concrete production plants.
Our site utilizes a loader for material feeding, featuring four large-volume silos capable of storing four different types of aggregates simultaneously, with an electronic scale for measurement. Equipped with a cement silo and an additive storage bin, the materials are supplied to the metering hopper via four screw conveyors. The cement and additives are metered cumulatively using an electronic scale. Water is supplied by a pump and metered with an electronic scale. An additional pressure pump at the outlet ensures water quality. Additives are supplied to the electronic scale by a corrosion-resistant pump. The station is powered by a JS2000Z and JS3000Z twin-shaft compulsory mixer as the main unit, offering superior mixing quality, high production efficiency, and low noise. Electrical operations are controlled by a computer, providing both automatic and manual modes. It completes all processes including batching, metering, feeding, mixing, and unloading. It features automatic compensation for storage落差 and is equipped with a miniature printer to print the mixing ratio for each drum. A management system can be configured as needed.
The 180 mixing station is one of Qingzhou Shengjie Environmental Protection's HZS series mixing stations. It features an imported double horizontal shaft forced concrete mixer from Italy's SICOMA, equipped with a high-precision HPC microcomputer control system and electronic scale measurement for precise and low-error batching. The unit also includes screen display, batching storage, and automatic error compensation functions, enabling manual and automatic control of the mixing process. The equipment is further equipped with a printer system for centralized control and overall management of the entire unit.
